Thyroid WA Support Group Inc., has updated our website to
include informative articles about thyroid health, links, resources,
members stories, meeting information and Thyroid Awareness
presentation information.
We also continue to research and provide the latest information
about current thyroid issues and this information will be available to
members via our newsletter.

Who are we?
Thyroid WA Support Group was established in 2005 and consists
of members who have experienced health issues with their thyroid
and wish to support other Western Australians.
In 2011, the Thyroid WA Support Group Inc was officially launched
as a not-for-profit organisation.
Our aims are: AWARENESS, SUPPORT, ADVOCACY
What we do

- Offer support to other thyroid patients and their family
members - Provide educational seminars at community centres around
Perth on a regular basis - Produce a regular newsletter based on the latest scientific
research - Liaise with the medical profession
- Hold open forums where patients can share their stories and
ask questions - Advocate for the rights of thyroid sufferers
- Fundraise and seek government funding for education and
research
