How to Donate or Make a Reservation

THYROID WA SUPPORT GROUP INC. is a registered "not for profit" group with Deductible Gift Recipient approval from the Australian Tax Office. ABN 84 263 220 330

All approved sponsors and donors are entitled to claim tax deductibility for any donations to THYROID WA SUPPORT GROUP INC.

We are not funded by government and rely entirely on memberships and donations to operate. We would be very pleased to receive enquiries from possible donors and sponsors, particularly corporate foundation funds.

We seek your help to meet our aims of SUPPORT, ADVOCACY and AWARENESS for thyroid sufferers and their families.

EVENTS THAT REQUIRE A BOOKING RESERVATION and PRE-PAYMENT

THYROID WA occasionally organises guest speakers. Some of these events require a pre-payment to reserve at seat. THYROID WA uses the GIVE NOW donation link.

DONATIONS

There are TWO methods you can use to donate.

1. You can make a secure online Tax Deductible donation via our GiveNow link Donate Now A tax receipt will be generated immediately.

GiveNow is an initiative of the Our Community Foundation, a not-for-profit established through the financial support of Our Community, and is supported by Westpac. Follow the instructions and a receipt will be issued upon completion.

2. Follow the instructions below to donate manually via Direct Deposit - BSB or cheque. Please Note: Administration is also done manually, including verifying that the deposit has been completed, therefore please expect a delay in receiving your receipt after the deposit has been verified.

Forward signed form to THYROID WA by post or email as a PDF
Submit your donation either via
1. Direct transfer to our bank account

  Please ensure that you note your name and that it is for DONATION on the transfer document. A tax receipt will be issued on receipt of fees.
2. Send a cheque to THYROID WA SUPPORT GROUP INC. PO Box 174 Hillarys WA 6923 A tax receipt will be issued on receipt of fees.
As a registered “not-for-profit” volunteer organisation THYROID WA SUPPORT GROUP INC. is solely dependent on donations and fundraising to remain active.
